JB founded Criteo in 2005 and has driven its growth into a truly global organization with technology as its heart beat and its clients as its focus. In January 2016, JB transitioned his role from CEO to Executive Chairman, where his focus is on the long term strategic vision of the company. A serial entrepreneur, in addition to a number of start-ups, JB also founded The Galion Project, a non-profit think tank that helps other entrepreneurs to grow faster.
Having joined the Criteo leadership team in 2013 as CRO and then promoted to President and COO, Eric has been instrumental in transforming Criteo into a multibillion dollar Nasdaq listed company. Eric was again promoted in 2016 to the role of CEO. Previously, Eric served as COO at Living Social and Rosetta Stone and as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Co. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and one in Computer Engineering from Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.
Benoît is responsible for Finance, Legal, IT, and the Strategic Project Office. Since joining in 2012, he orchestrated the transformation of Criteo from a private to public company and drove the execution of the IPO on NASDAQ in October 2013. He previously served as CFO and senior finance roles at SAP and Business Objects. He holds a MBA from INSEAD as well as Master’s degrees from Dauphine University and ESLSCA.
Mollie joined Criteo in 2014 and leads all commercial operations globally. She instrumentally drove Criteo’s growth to a billion dollar business and a steady 90% customer retention rate. Most recently she’s won the IAB Service Excellence Award and is ranked the sixth most powerful woman in mobile advertising by Business Insider. Before Criteo, her two-decade career in advertising included executive roles at Millennial Media, Yahoo, Advertising.com and Time Warner.
Dan joined Criteo in 2013 and leads all engineering and production. He successfully scaled our world class R&D team from 120 to nearly 350 engineers, enabling our successful IPO and growth. Prior to Criteo, he worked at Google, Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, and co-founded two companies in the Bay Area, one of which was acquired by Microsoft. He has an MS and PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University, and is an inventor on close to 50 patents.
Nicole joined Criteo in 2014 with over 20 years’ of legal experience. She is Criteo’s Corporate Secretary and oversees compliance, US securities and M&A matters. Prior to this role, she worked at Medtronic, CIT Group, and at a private merchant bank. Before going in-house, Nicole practiced with the firms of White & Case and Willkie, and Farr & Gallagher. A Fulbright scholar, Nicole has a JD from Northwestern University and a BA from The Ohio State University.
Elie joined the Criteo leadership team in 2016. As EVP of Marketing, he is committed to ensuring the unique value Criteo provides to its clients is known to everyone who matters across the globe. Prior to joining Criteo, Elie dedicated the last 25 years to promoting new categories of Client/Server Databases in Sybase, Business Technology Optimization at Mercury, and Virtualization at VMware. He began his career as a developer for Oracle in California, then returned to Europe and switched his focus from development to selling. Elie earned a degree in Engineering at Ecole Centrale de Paris and a Master’s of Science in Database and Networking Technologies at Stanford University.
Tom joined Criteo in 2016 and leads the Human Resources function globally. Tom is dedicated to the employee experience and delivering service excellence across the globe. Prior to joining Criteo, Tom’s HR experience has spanned over 20 years in companies such as Priceline, General Electric and Symantec, but he’s also no stranger to the start-up world and co-founded an innovative HR startup, CheerNetworks Inc. Tom has a BS in Management from Daemen College and an MBA from Canisius College, both based in Buffalo, New York.
