Immobiliare.it, Italy’s leading portal for online real estate ads, wanted to grow their web traffic by retaining and converting more of their free users into paid subscribers.


By utilizing Criteo Dynamic Email and taking full advantage of Criteo’s network of over 16,000 publishers, Immobiliare.it was able to match anonymous browsers with their email addresses (guided by Criteo’s strict privacy policy, of course) in order to provide them with dynamic, personalized messages — keeping users’ attention, no matter what device they were on.


As a result of their Dynamic Email campaign, Immobiliare.it was able to reach new customers and acquire clicks across devices — half of which were mobile — and ultimately generate +8.3% additional conversions.

Additionally, 25% of the click-throughs Immobiliare.it received via this Dynamic Email campaign came from a different device than the one on which the customer originally opened the email — meaning that more potential customers were retained thanks to Criteo’s ability to reach users across multiple platforms.
