Criteo Hires New Vice President of Business Development
14-Year Business Development Veteran to Expand North American Market
New York, May 21, 2012 – Criteo, the global leader in performance display advertising solutions, announced today the appointment of Chris Scott as Vice President of Business Development. Scott was formerly Vice President ofPublisher Development for Admeld, recently acquired by Google.
In his new position, Chris will spearhead Criteo’s business development team in the U.S., and will report to President Greg Coleman. He will be responsible for managing the U.S. publisher development for ComScore publishers including the very largest, educating the industry and managing Criteo's many direct publisher relationships with an end result that increases the volume of leads that Criteo generates for its advertisers and its spend with publishers.

Previously, Chris joined Google via the acquisition of Admeld. While at Admeld, Chris led the Publisher Development team and was responsible for both current business and new acquisitions in the North America and Asia Pacific regions. During Chris’ tenure, the Publisher team drove client expansion and revenue growth twelvefold. Prior to Admeld, Chris held sales and business development positions with DoubleClick, Volomedia, Ecast, and The Walt Disney Company. Chris launched his career in strategy consulting with Price Waterhouse. He earned a B.S.B.A from Washington University in St. Louis and an M.B.A from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
