G2 Crowd’s latest report ranking business technology solutions based on unbiased user reviews has just been released.
According to G2 Crowd, the Grid® report “represents the democratic voice of real software users.” G2 rates products and vendors based on reviews gathered from their user community, as well as data collected from online sources and social networks. They then use their own algorithm to calculate the Satisfaction and Market Presence scores.
