Descobrimos que as medidas de distanciamento social em vigor em muitos pa\u00edses criaram novas tend\u00eancias de consumo, em como as pessoas compram e o que compram. Especificamente, nossa pesquisa focou nas vendas de produtos de supermercado, material de limpeza e artigos para o lar.<\/p>\n<p>Nesta semana, analisamos nossos dados mais recentes para entender as tend\u00eancias de consumo em tempos de incertezas.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O distanciamento social aumenta o movimento online<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Wuhan, na China, uma cidade com 11 milh\u00f5es de pessoas e o primeiro epicentro da crise do coronav\u00edrus, decretou lockdown (bloqueio de circula\u00e7\u00e3o com fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o policial), imposto pelo Estado em 23 de janeiro. A It\u00e1lia iniciou um lockdown em todo o pa\u00eds em 9 de mar\u00e7o, ordenando que mais de 60 milh\u00f5es de residentes permane\u00e7am em casa. Em 14 de mar\u00e7o, a Espanha declarou estado de emerg\u00eancia e implementou um decreto de confinamento geral para mais de 46 milh\u00f5es de pessoas. Em 17 de mar\u00e7o, a Fran\u00e7a anunciou seu lockdown, proibindo concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoas em locais p\u00fablicos e pedindo que todos fiquem dentro de casa, saindo apenas em casos essenciais. O Reino Unido entrou em lockdown em 23 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n<p>Nos EUA, a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o para mais de 158 milh\u00f5es de pessoas \u00e9 n\u00e3o sair de casa. Nesta semana, o primeiro ministro da \u00cdndia ordenou que o 1,3 bilh\u00e3o de residentes do pa\u00eds fique dentro de casa durante tr\u00eas semanas.<\/p>\n<p>Os esfor\u00e7os de distanciamento social, como as medidas de conten\u00e7\u00e3o e confinamento, com a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de reter a dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o do v\u00edrus, t\u00eam alterado radicalmente a rotina das pessoas no mundo todo. Desde o in\u00edcio das quarentenas, o tr\u00e1fego da web aumentou em 50%. De acordo com uma pesquisa recente da Criteo, mais da metade (52%) dos consumidores nos EUA e no Reino Unido diz que pretende comprar mais online, como resultado da COVID-19. O mesmo ocorre na Coreia do Sul e no Brasil, que veem uma alta de 70% e 67%, respectivamente, no n\u00famero de consumidores online. Se levarmos em conta esses n\u00fameros em outros pa\u00edses, como Espanha (42%), Alemanha (41%), R\u00fassia (39%) e Fran\u00e7a (36%), parece que, no mundo todo, praticamente metade dos consumidores diz que comprar\u00e1 mais online em raz\u00e3o do coronav\u00edrus.<sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n<h3><strong>A perspectiva omnichannel<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Nossos dados de varejistas omnichannel nos EUA mostram que esses varejistas est\u00e3o tentando compensar a queda nas vendas offline com o boom do canal online.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11786 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.criteo.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/in-store-v-online-sales-stats.png\" alt=\"coronavirus consumer trends omnichannel\" width=\"1200\" height=\"861\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.criteo.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/in-store-v-online-sales-stats.png 1200w, https:\/\/www.criteo.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/in-store-v-online-sales-stats-300x215.png 300w, https:\/\/www.criteo.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/in-store-v-online-sales-stats-1024x735.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.criteo.com\/br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2020\/03\/in-store-v-online-sales-stats-768x551.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como mostra o gr\u00e1fico acima, durante as primeiras semanas do surto nos EUA, as vendas tanto online quanto offline aumentaram continuamente at\u00e9 o in\u00edcio de mar\u00e7o. Desde ent\u00e3o, as vendas em lojas f\u00edsicas v\u00eam continuamente caindo. As vendas em lojas f\u00edsicas despencaram 46% na semana passada, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com janeiro. Ao mesmo tempo, as vendas online cresceram em 58%.<\/p>\n<p>Analisando o restante de nossa base de dados, composta de dados de mais de 80 pa\u00edses e dois bilh\u00f5es de consumidores ativos por m\u00eas<sup>2<\/sup>, estamos come\u00e7ando a entender como os consumidores est\u00e3o se adaptando \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as atuais.<\/p>\n<p>Veja alguns destaques de nossa an\u00e1lise desta semana:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. As vendas de eletr\u00f4nicos subiram.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u00c0 medida que mais pessoas se adaptam \u00e0s novas pr\u00e1ticas de trabalho e de estudo, passando mais tempo em casa, as vendas de eletr\u00f4nicos aumentaram significativamente.<\/p>\n<p>Em 22 de mar\u00e7o, as vendas de webcams dispararam (+534%) nos EUA.
