Confira algumas das tend\u00eancias que descobrimos.<\/p>\n<h2>Transa\u00e7\u00f5es online em 2022 superam 2021<\/h2>\n<p>Nossa pesquisa descobriu que os consumidores tinham a mesma probabilidade de comprar durante a Black Friday de 2021 e 2022. Apesar da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, muitos consumidores n\u00e3o s\u00f3 compraram, como superaram os n\u00fameros do ano anterior. Analisando os dados de 5.400 varejistas em 60 pa\u00edses na Black Friday 2022, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es online aumentaram 4,8% ano a ano.<\/p>\n<p>Nos EUA, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es online aumentaram +13% durante o fim de semana da Black Friday (de sexta a Cyber \u200b\u200bMonday) em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano anterior. As transa\u00e7\u00f5es online em Singapura (+38%) e Austr\u00e1lia (+11%) tiveram alta na Black Friday. Al\u00e9m disso, Singapura (+223%) e Austr\u00e1lia (+239%) viram suas transa\u00e7\u00f5es online dispararem durante\u00a0o evento em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a m\u00e9dia de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>Na Am\u00e9rica do Sul, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es online gerais aumentaram 5,8% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior. As transa\u00e7\u00f5es online da Black Friday no Brasil aumentaram 19% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A maior parte da Europa n\u00e3o capturou crescimento ano a ano. No entanto, muitos pa\u00edses ainda apresentaram fortes altas antes da Black Friday. As transa\u00e7\u00f5es online aumentaram na Espanha (+576%), Reino Unido (+404%), Alemanha (+346%), It\u00e1lia (+346%) e Fran\u00e7a (+344%), em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a m\u00e9dia de outubro.<\/p>\n<h2>Black Friday \u00e9 Cyber Friday<\/h2>\n<p>A cada ano, a atividade do consumidor e as vendas mostram que a Black Friday vai al\u00e9m do evento online. Sete dias antes, a expectativa j\u00e1 \u00e9 alta: em 2022, o tr\u00e1fego nos sites dos varejistas aumentou mais de 9% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Analisando os dados dos varejistas dos EUA que t\u00eam presen\u00e7a online e em loja f\u00edsica, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es offline aumentaram 64,5% na Black Friday em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com a m\u00e9dia de outubro. Enquanto isso, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es online aumentaram significativamente: +374%.<\/p>\n<p>As vendas na EMEA mostraram um padr\u00e3o semelhante.
