Confira as tend\u00eancias de viagens do primeiro trimestre que ajudar\u00e3o os profissionais de marketing a se prepararem para as expectativas do setor neste ano.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Reservas globais em alta nas principais verticais do setor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Os viajantes est\u00e3o planejando viagens mesmo com custos inflacionados. As reservas de hot\u00e9is e resorts aumentaram +57% no M\u00e9xico, +50% nos EUA e +23% no Brasil em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>As reservas de viagens a\u00e9reas e hot\u00e9is e resorts da APAC em janeiro de 2023 tamb\u00e9m aumentaram ano a ano, +271% e +66%, respectivamente. Austr\u00e1lia (+272%), Coreia do Sul (+131%) e Jap\u00e3o (+118%) apresentaram um crescimento particularmente forte no ano para reservas de hot\u00e9is e resorts.<\/p>\n<p>Na EMEA, as reservas de janeiro de 2023 para cruzeiros (+295%) aumentaram mais em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com as reservas de viagens a\u00e9reas (+81%) e hot\u00e9is e resorts (+168%). No geral, 59% dos viajantes consideram as pol\u00edticas de cancelamento gratuito ao decidir por um determinado fornecedor de viagens, e 42% consideram em suas decis\u00f5es os servi\u00e7os facilmente reembols\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p>Os viajantes tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o mais atentos sobre como gastam em reservas de f\u00e9rias, pesquisando as melhores ofertas. Em janeiro de 2023, a categoria global de pacotes\/passeios de viagens viu suas taxas de convers\u00e3o aumentarem +96% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a janeiro de 2022. Essa taxa de convers\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi +105% maior do que a de janeiro de 2020, antes dos lockdowns da Covid.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consumidores querem viagens sustent<\/strong><strong>\u00e1<\/strong><strong>veis<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As pessoas est\u00e3o cada vez mais conscientes do impacto ambiental. Cerca de 2 em cada 5 viajantes em todo o mundo pretendem reduzir a pegada de carbono ao viajar e usam filtros de pesquisa como \u201cbaixas emiss\u00f5es\u201d ao fazer reservas.<\/p>\n<p>Os consumidores europeus est\u00e3o especialmente interessados \u200b\u200bem tomar decis\u00f5es de viagem ecologicamente corretas. Quase metade procura atividades como ioga, visitas a spas e medita\u00e7\u00e3o. Os viajantes da APAC s\u00e3o os mais interessados \u200b\u200bem relaxar, superando o n\u00famero de viajantes globais em +13%.<\/p>\n<p>As atividades de bem-estar tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o no radar dos viajantes dos EUA e da Europa, mas de outra forma.
