Antes de ingressar na Criteo, criou a GoViral Alemanha, que foi adquirida pela AOL Europa em janeiro de 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Tivemos a chance de conversar com Alexander sobre os maiores desafios e oportunidades do marketing no atual mercado de ad-tech.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O crescimento do digital tem complicado a publicidade.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Segundo Alex, \u201cde um lado, nada mudou; do outro, tudo mudou\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVimos realmente uma acelera\u00e7\u00e3o nos \u00faltimos cinco anos\u201d, nos contou. \u201cO online se sobrep\u00f4s \u00e0s formas tradicionais de impactar usu\u00e1rios.\u201d O crescimento do ecossistema digital, incluindo os apps e o mundo mobile, vem tornando a publicidade \u201cmuito mais complexa e mais orientada por dados do que h\u00e1 cinco anos\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O que os clientes realmente querem s\u00e3o experi\u00eancias personalizadas.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Quando se trata do que os consumidores de hoje querem, Alex acredita que eles \u201cquerem mesmo \u00e9 ter prazer no momento da compra. E querem ver ofertas personalizadas de marcas e varejistas. Por isso, esperam recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es personalizadas e perfeitas em todos os diferentes canais\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO usu\u00e1rio de hoje quer conveni\u00eancia e divers\u00e3o enquanto pesquisa novos produtos. Hoje as pessoas n\u00e3o <em>precisam<\/em> necessariamente de novos produtos. Na maior parte das regi\u00f5es onde atuamos, vemos que o que elas buscam s\u00e3o momentos \u00fanicos enquanto pesquisam e compram. Portanto, marcas e varejistas precisam oferecer conveni\u00eancia e uma \u00f3tima experi\u00eancia em todos os diferentes canais.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Dados s\u00e3o essenciais para impactar mais usu\u00e1rios.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alex observa que os \u201cdados s\u00e3o o novo petr\u00f3leo na publicidade. Quanto mais e melhores dados voc\u00ea tem, mais usu\u00e1rios voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 impactar \u2014 e com mais efici\u00eancia. Como os consumidores de hoje n\u00e3o costumam ser muito fi\u00e9is, voc\u00ea precisa trabalhar com as melhores tecnologias do setor para refinar seus dados e ter sucesso\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQuanto menor voc\u00ea for, mais dados voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 usar de terceiros para turbinar sua publicidade.
