Mais quel est l\u2019impact de cette pand\u00e9mie sur la distribution ? Pour le savoir, Criteo s\u2019est pench\u00e9 sur les chiffres de ces derni\u00e8res semaines.<\/p>\n<p>En s\u2019appuyant sur les insights de plus de 80 pays, 2 milliards de shoppers actifs par mois et 900 milliards de dollars de d\u00e9penses par an sur 20 000 sites d\u2019e-commerce<sup>1 <\/sup>, Criteo a identifi\u00e9 les grandes tendances internationales, r\u00e9gion par r\u00e9gion, de l\u2019Asie-Pacifique au continent am\u00e9ricain, en passant par l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Sans surprise, certains secteurs sont particuli\u00e8rement touch\u00e9s par l\u2019incertitude g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et la mise en place de mesures de distanciation sociale. Les bars, restaurants, salles de spectacles et magasins ferment peu \u00e0 peu leurs portes au public. Le confinement a \u00e9galement boulevers\u00e9 les habitudes de consommation : certaines entreprises et cat\u00e9gories de produits enregistrent en effet des taux de croissance exceptionnels.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019il est difficile de pr\u00e9voir de quoi demain sera fait, notre enqu\u00eate fait ressortir que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des shoppers am\u00e9ricains (52 %) ach\u00e8teront davantage en ligne dans les deux prochaines semaines, notamment des produits alimentaires (51\u00a0%).<sup>2<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Voici un tour d\u2019horizon des principales conclusions :<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Produits alimentaires : une demande en forte hausse.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Outre-Atlantique, les ventes d\u2019aliments de longue conservation ont consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 par rapport au mois de janvier, notamment le riz (+432 %), la farine (+423 %), les l\u00e9gumes en conserve\/bocaux (+337 %), les haricots en bo\u00eete (+433 %) et le lait en poudre (+378 %).<\/p>\n<p>Cela n\u2019a rien d\u2019\u00e9tonnant : face aux mesures de confinement, les shoppers font leurs provisions. Les ventes de fruits et de lait en conserve flambent au Royaume-Uni.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Au Royaume-Uni, les ventes de lait en poudre et en brique se sont envol\u00e9es (+350 %), tout comme celles des fruits en conserve (+297 %). Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, les secteur de la mode et du luxe ne faiblissent pas.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Dans les cat\u00e9gories mode et luxe, les achats en ligne ne cessent d\u2019augmenter depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019ann\u00e9e : les ventes de v\u00eatements, montres, bijoux et sacs \u00e0 main sont nettement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles de 2019. Pour gagner en confort et en efficacit\u00e9, beaucoup investissent donc dans leur espace de travail.
