Ils sont d\u00e9sormais capables d\u2019optimiser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des annonces publicitaires pertinentes, diffus\u00e9es au bon moment. De nouvelles sources de revenus \u00e0 exploiter au plus vite.<\/li>\n<li>Si beaucoup de retailers h\u00e9sitent encore \u00e0 se lancer sur la plan\u00e8te m\u00e9dias, l&rsquo;heure n\u2019est plus aux tergiversations : il est temps pour eux de constituer leur propre r\u00e9seau, et vite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sucharita Kodali sugg\u00e8re aux retailers de collaborer avec des entreprises \u00ab\u00a0comme <a href=\"https:\/\/www.criteo.com\/fr\/solutions\/brands\/\">Criteo Retail Media<\/a> et Intent Media. Leurs solutions aident les marques \u00e0 s\u2019imposer et \u00e0 exploiter leurs donn\u00e9es propri\u00e9taires pour cr\u00e9er des annonces pertinentes, adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 toutes les audiences.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Elle recommande \u00e9galement aux retailers de continuer \u00e0 valoriser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<p>De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les marques ont tout \u00e0 gagner \u00e0 exploiter ces nouveaux canaux de communication \u00ab\u00a0tout aussi efficaces [&#8230;] que Facebook et Google\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Quant aux agences, elles devront se mettre au diapason.
