Lors de notre derni\u00e8re enqu\u00eate, nous avons sond\u00e9 plus de 11\u00a0000\u00a0personnes afin d\u2019analyser leurs comportements d\u2019achat \u00e0 l\u2019approche des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les marketeurs qui anticipent le pic de ventes \u00e0 venir, voici une s\u00e9lection des tendances que nous avons identifi\u00e9es pour les f\u00eates 2023.<\/p>\n<h2>Cette ann\u00e9e, les consommateurs anticipent<\/h2>\n<p>Pour de nombreux consommateurs \u00e0 travers le monde, les f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9. Et leur strat\u00e9gie est dans les starting-blocks\u00a0: plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi aux cadeaux qu\u2019ils souhaitent offrir.<\/p>\n<p>Certains n\u2019ont pas attendu pour entamer les festivit\u00e9s\u00a0: ils sont plus d\u2019un tiers \u00e0 avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 achet\u00e9 des cadeaux. Cette part est en hausse de 13\u00a0% depuis le troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Non seulement les consommateurs s\u2019y prennent plus t\u00f4t, mais ils pr\u00e9voient \u00e9galement d\u2019augmenter leurs d\u00e9penses. Pas moins de 68\u00a0% d\u2019entre eux cliquent sur ces liens \u00ab\u00a0souvent\u00a0\u00bb, voire \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s souvent\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus, les consommateurs ont tendance \u00e0 cliquer sur des publicit\u00e9s qui les aideront \u00e0 trouver les produits qu\u2019ils recherchent. Toutefois, notre sondage r\u00e9v\u00e8le que leur parcours en ligne influence fortement leur d\u00e9cision d\u2019achat. Au cours de la semaine pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant No\u00ebl, 20\u00a0% des achats en magasin font suite \u00e0 des recherches et des comparaisons de produits en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique du click-and-collect, de plus en plus r\u00e9pandue, booste \u00e9galement la fr\u00e9quentation des points de vente physiques pour l\u2019achat de cadeaux. Au cours du Black Friday, pr\u00e8s d\u2019un cinqui\u00e8me des personnes interrog\u00e9es font \u00ab\u00a0toujours\u00a0\u00bb leurs achats en ligne dans des boutiques qu\u2019ils ne consultent pas le reste de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.
