Et les r\u00e9ponses varient \u00e9norm\u00e9ment sur la fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;atteindre cet imp\u00e9ratif omnicanal. Cette \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 100 dirigeants marketing, dont la majorit\u00e9 travaillent au sein d\u2019entreprises dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d\u00e9passe les 500\u00a0milliards de dollars, a permis de mettre au jour quelques points de vue surprenants sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du\u00a0trade marketing. Entre autres\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le trade et le brand marketing vont bient\u00f4t se combiner<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Les budgets se m\u00e9langent (et les barri\u00e8res tombent).<\/em>\u00a0Les marketeurs pr\u00e9disent un besoin accru de se concentrer sur le marketing orient\u00e9 vers le consommateur plut\u00f4t que sur un canal. Avec un point de vue \u00e0 la fois personnel et global de leurs clients, les marketeurs vont, de fait, estomper les lignes entre le trade et le brand marketing.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Le paid Search et la publicit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique conna\u00eetront une plus grande efficacit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Le paysage m\u00e9diatique change (et les marques vont suivre). <\/em>Si les annonces print d\u00e9clinent, automatiquement la publicit\u00e9 digitale augmente \u2013 et cela se voit pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur les sites de retail. La recherche sponsoris\u00e9e sur les sites de retail est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e et \u00e9tonnamment sous utilis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Les plus grands d\u00e9fis sont l&rsquo;attribution et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Il est important de savoir quand une campagne fonctionne (et quand ce n\u2019est pas le cas). <\/em>Bien que beaucoup de d\u00e9fis du trade marketing aient \u00e9t\u00e9 mentionn\u00e9s, le plus important probl\u00e8me \u00e9voqu\u00e9 \u00e9tait la difficult\u00e9 de mesurer et de suivre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une campagne.
