En voici un aper\u00e7u\u00a0:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Vid\u00e9o + reconnaissance vocale\u00a0: le duo gagnant pour doper la croissance<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par tous les g\u00e9ants du web, de Facebook \u00e0 YouTube, en passant par Instagram et Snapchat, la vid\u00e9o drainera une part croissante des d\u00e9penses publicitaires. C\u2019est en tout cas ce que confirme une r\u00e9cente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2018\/01\/04\/cowen-facebook-vs-google-digital-ad-business.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Cowen aupr\u00e8s de 50 acheteurs publicitaires<\/a> senior : 41% d\u2019entre eux estiment en effet que la vid\u00e9o sur Facebook est la meilleure fa\u00e7on de lancer une nouvelle campagne publicitaire (seulement 25\u00a0% se positionnent en faveur de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision).<\/p>\n<p>Autre eldorado pour le secteur du marketing digital : la voix. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019essor du shopping vocal, cette tendance va s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer avec la mont\u00e9e en puissance des enceintes intelligentes, dop\u00e9e par la concurrence accrue entre Amazon et Google. Selon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2017\/12\/21\/buy-amazon-because-alexa-will-drive-10-billion-in-sales-rbc-capital.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par RBC Capital Markets<\/a>, en 2020, Amazon g\u00e9n\u00e9rera entre 10\u00a0et 11\u00a0milliards de dollars de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices suppl\u00e9mentaires gr\u00e2ce aux ventes de son assistant personnel intelligent Alexa et aux achats \u00e0 commande vocale. Nul doute que les efforts visant \u00e0 utiliser ces appareils dans le domaine du marketing personnalis\u00e9 iront croissant \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pr\u00eat pour relever le d\u00e9fi de la protection des donn\u00e9es\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le R\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral europ\u00e9en sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (RGPD) entrera en vigueur le 25\u00a0mai 2018. La plupart des entreprises de technologie et de marketing num\u00e9riques semblent avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour s\u2019y conformer, mais bon nombre de d\u00e9taillants et de marques ne sont pas encore correctement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. <a href=\"https:\/\/dtr-retail.thalesesecurity.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le rapport 2017 de Thales sur les menaces informatiques<\/a> estime que deux retailers sur cinq ont fait face \u00e0 au moins un cas de violation des donn\u00e9es aux cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux analystes anticipent \u00e9galement une certaine d\u00e9fiance envers Amazon, Facebook et Google cette ann\u00e9e, et des appels \u00e0 mettre en place une l\u00e9gislation plus s\u00e9v\u00e8re pour ces g\u00e9ants qui d\u00e9tiennent le quasi-monopole de la publicit\u00e9 personnalis\u00e9e sur Internet.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Centralisation des donn\u00e9es clients\u00a0:\u00a0ensemble, c\u2019est mieux\u00a0!<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des d\u00e9taillants et des marques ne voient aucun avantage \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper en solo et en vase clos leurs bases de donn\u00e9es clients, conclut notre <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.criteo.com\/vibrant-future\">\u00e9tude men\u00e9e conjointement avec Forbes Insights<\/a>. En fait, ils consid\u00e8rent que cette fa\u00e7on de proc\u00e9der, cens\u00e9e r\u00e9duire les risques de d\u00e9tournement et de violation, a montr\u00e9 ses limites. Le partage des donn\u00e9es clients, autour d\u2019informations personnelles non v\u00e9rifiables, entre commer\u00e7ants, marques et entreprises de technologie sera donc une tendance forte de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019image des acquisitions majeures de d\u00e9taillants r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en 2017 par Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba et d\u2019autres, 2018 devrait conna\u00eetre une nouvelle vague d\u2019annonces, en particulier dans le domaine du martech (prestataires en technologie marketing) et du social.
