Alexander G\u00f6esswein (Managing Director DACH &amp; MEA chez Criteo) y animait un s\u00e9minaire d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux applications de shopping mobile en compagnie Benno Hamann (Head of Customer Success DACH chez AppsFlyer) et Albrecht Fischer (Head of Performance Marketing chez MYBESTBRANDS).<\/p>\n<p>Les intervenants se sont exprim\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;utilisation croissante de ce type d&rsquo;application par les consommateurs et ont propos\u00e9 leur vision pour faire face aux enjeux cl\u00e9s du secteur, notamment l\u2019engagement et la r\u00e9activation des clients. Trois id\u00e9es fortes sont ressorties de ces discussions\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. On comprend mieux le r\u00f4le majeur des applications dans l&rsquo;acquisition, l&rsquo;engagement de nouveaux consommateurs et la r\u00e9tention d\u2019une base clients.
