Elle fait aujourd&rsquo;hui partie de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe TVex qui, en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un besoin ne pouvant \u00eatre combl\u00e9 par les solutions existantes, a su faire preuve d\u2019innovation. Cette semaine, Irina revient sur l&rsquo;id\u00e9e d&rsquo;associer le retargeting \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Commen\u00e7ons par le commencement. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 viens-tu\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je suis russe, et je vis en Allemagne depuis dix ans.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Parle-nous de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de ton r\u00f4le.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je travaille d\u00e9sormais au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe CSI, mon troisi\u00e8me poste chez Criteo. J&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 en tant qu&rsquo;Account Strategist pour le march\u00e9 russe, avant de rejoindre l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe DACH en tant que Senior Account Strategist.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quelles opportunit\u00e9s se sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 toi, et comment as-tu su les saisir\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Un jour, alors que je travaillais en tant qu&rsquo;Account Strategist au sein de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe DACH, un client m&rsquo;a pos\u00e9 une question sur le lien entre le retargeting et la publicit\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e. Nous n&rsquo;avions alors aucune donn\u00e9e sur le sujet\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0je lui ai alors propos\u00e9 de collaborer avec nous pour approfondir la question. Le client a fourni ses donn\u00e9es de publicit\u00e9 t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9e sur un an \u00e0 notre d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;analyse, charg\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir si oui non il existe un lien entre les spots publicitaires et le retargeting. Une \u00e9tude de cas bas\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats de cette analyse a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9e avec le client, illustrant alors la synergie entre les spots publicitaires et le retargeting.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 quels obstacles t&rsquo;es-tu heurt\u00e9e au cours du projet TVex\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il a fallu tout d&rsquo;abord \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 du projet en consultant les d\u00e9partements techniques et analytiques. Nous devions aussi mieux cerner la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision en tant que canal, et cr\u00e9er une nouvelle fonctionnalit\u00e9 capable de relier une campagne de retargeting \u00e0 un spot TV, ce qui constituait un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi. Notre premi\u00e8re m\u00e9thode, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en interne, \u00e9tait aussi tr\u00e8s chronophage.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u00c0 quel moment le projet TVex a-t-il vraiment pris vie\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son id\u00e9e lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement Criteo myidea. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que nous avons non seulement pu parler du projet, mais aussi gagner le prix de la meilleure id\u00e9e, et obtenir les ressources internes n\u00e9cessaires\u00a0! Ces ressources en Recherche et D\u00e9veloppement nous ont permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la solution et de r\u00e9duire la charge de travail, pour nous comme pour nos clients. Nous testons aujourd&rsquo;hui cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s de plusieurs clients pour la d\u00e9velopper. Ce projet n&rsquo;aurait jamais vu le jour sans l&rsquo;effort de collaboration de toute l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et les diff\u00e9rentes comp\u00e9tences de chacun. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de gestion locale, qui nous a soutenu d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, et la pr\u00e9sentation de notre id\u00e9e \u00e0 myIdea ont aussi jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Quels sont tes hobbies en dehors du travail\u00a0?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>J&rsquo;adore la course \u00e0 pied. Je m&rsquo;entra\u00eene actuellement pour un semi-marathon qui doit avoir lieu au printemps.
