Connor McGogney

Chief Strategy Officer

Connor McGogney is Criteo’s Chief Strategy Officer. In his role, Connor is responsible for the company’s business and strategic development, overseeing mergers and acquisitions and exploring strategic partnerships to advance Criteo’s global market position. Since joining Criteo in 2018, he has helped transform the company from a pioneer and leader in retargeting to a global commerce media company.

Prior to joining Criteo, Connor was Vice President, Global M&A and Corporate Development at Nielsen. Before that, he was Vice President, Investment Banking at Credit Suisse where he worked on a range of M&A and financing transactions for Media and Technology companies. Earlier in his career, Connor was a consultant advising Fortune 1000 companies on corporate strategy.

Connor received a B.S. in Information Sciences and Technology from the Pennsylvania State University and a M.B.A. with a focus on Corporate Finance from New York University.
