Promotional credit is available to eligible new Criteo GO advertisers launching their first GO campaign with a U.S. or U.K. billing address.
One promotional credit per advertiser; not available to advertisers who have previously received Criteo promotional credits.
To qualify, advertisers must launch a Criteo GO campaign and incur a minimum spend of $500 (£400) within 30 days of the first GO campaign created.
Eligible advertisers receive a 100% dollar-for-dollar credit match on qualifying spend, up to a maximum of $1,500 (£1200).
Advertisers are responsible for all advertising costs that exceed the promotional credit amount.
Promotional credits are applied to decrease the net amount payable on qualifying invoices. They apply only to charges incurred after the credit is granted and are not applied retroactively. Criteo GO operates on a dynamic billing model, including threshold-based and/or month-end invoicing.
Promotional credits expire 60 days after they are applied to the account, unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion.
Promotional credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be used to pay taxes or fees and will not result in negative invoices.
