We will always:

  • Opt retailers out of Criteo Commerce Data Co-Op unless there is specific agreement otherwise
  • Collect only the data that is required to deliver our service and make sure we seek consent
  • Minimize data retention
  • Honor op-outs that are aligned with industry initiatives

We never:

  • Record directly identifying information
  • Use or store your audience data for any other purpose
  • Impact your intellectual property with respect to customer data
  • Resell your data to anyone (retailers or 1st/3rd party)
  • Collect or track any user data without consent

How do I get started buying retail media?

If you have SKUs available on one of our 225+ retailers then it’s simple! Reach out and we’ll get your account set up quickly. Once the account is live and the funds are added to the account, you’ll be able to launch a campaign and be live on a retailer site in minutes.

What data is available to me and on what cadence?

Who and how are minimum CPC bids set?

Retailers set the minimum CPCs for each category.

Can I build my own audiences and creatives?

Yes! Within Commerce Max we have audience and creative builders available to support your onsite display and offsite display campaigns.

Do you design my sponsored product creatives for me?

No, the creative used for sponsored products is directly from what the retailer has as the organic listing.
