In their ForresterNOW report, Retail Media Is Growing Amid The Pandemic below, published on the 12th August 2020, Forrester analysts Collin Colburn (@CollinColburn) and David Novitzky, explain why this trend is there to stay.

Taking it where their peer Sucharita Kodali started with her Retailers: You’re The Next Media Moguls research piece, they forecast retail media investments to continually rise as advertisers seek new ad opportunities, seeing as evidence ecommerce growth, new media platforms from retailers, brands interest and revenues increases enjoyed by Amazon and Facebook.
