Walmart Connect drives incremental sales and ROAS with omnichannel attribution for Sam’s Club
ROCKET DIGITAL is a young and diverse Spanish advertising and consultancy company which has partnered with Criteo in order to empower their customer ́s online ads ́ strategy by offering them the best technological solutions. One of their customers, Conforama, who is one of the largest home furnishings retail chains in Europe with more than 200 stores across seven countries, takes good care of its online sales channels. In this sense, Conforama was aware of the benefits that partnering with ROCKET DIGITAL and Criteo could bring to its business, so they joined forces to improve the results of their campaigns.
Conforama had an ultimate goal: to achieve the overall desired year-over-year (YoY) growth in revenue and omnichannel. With this in mind, during the last few months ROCKET DIGITAL helped them carry a series of strategies and tactics for seasonal conversion-focused campaigns and special sales events, such as adjusting cost of sale (COS) objectives by sale/full price seasonality, special selection of items by average order value (AOV), or testing different first party audiences looking for the best results.
In order to attract customers and new visitors to their website, Conforama, together with ROCKET DIGITAL and Criteo, developed acquisition campaigns throughout a mix of channels, and used remarketing campaigns to help their customers discover new products that were relevant to them.

The much-anticipated results were ones to be celebrated. Conforama improved its revenue by 42% and sales by 29%. Their COS decreased by 22% and their conversion rate increased by 58%. They also expanded the activation of their campaigns to the Baleares and Canarias regions.
