The brand began collaborating with Criteo in February 2023. After successfully launching awareness and traffic campaigns to support Represent Clothing’s international expansion, the team shifted their focus to driving conversions as part of their full-funnel strategy and maximizing overall profitability.
Represent Clothing activated Meta inventory for their German and Dutch retargeting campaigns, quickly expanding to include the UK and US.
Leveraging Criteo’s deep understanding of shopping behaviors, these retargeting efforts re-engaged and converted previous website visitors across the open internet with highly personalized ads that aligned with Represent Clothing’s brand and user experience.
Understanding that shoppers often discover new brands on both the open internet and social platforms, Criteo helped Represent Clothing extend their reach by incorporating social inventory on Instagram and Facebook into their retargeting strategy. This expansion significantly boosted their reach and effectiveness.
Thanks to the incremental sales and reach on social inventory, the Represent Clothing team was able to achieve a remarkable 56% increase in sales only one month after the activation from their retargeting campaigns. The team’s data-driven approach was further validated by a 153% boost in ROAS and an 80% uplift in conversion rates during the sales period. Following the sales period, Meta profitability remains high across all markets.
